Jim Williamson

My name is James Williamson, I was born and raised in Colorado Springs. I graduated from Wasson High School in 1995. I joined the Marines after high school. After I got out of the Marines, I got married. My wife and I have been married for twenty-five years. We also introduced the world to four amazing kids. I have held numerous jobs in my past including powder coating and tree trimming, both of which I really loved doing. Welding has always been something that interested me. So why not become the new Welding instructor at PTEC. I get to learn and teach at the same time, sounds good to me. I have been with the James Irwin brand for three years and this will be my fourth. I feel that I have grown as a teacher with the support of the staff here at PTEC. I love what I do.
