Janice Cook

Janice Cook is one of the original founders of James Irwin Charter Schools (JICS).  She led the establishment and growth of student support services, enhancing the educational experience and outcomes for students and currently serves as the Director of Student Support Services for the network.

With 24 years of dedicated service as a founder, parent volunteer and employee, Janice brings a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to providing excellence in education and character development to students, supporting the continued growth and ongoing success and impact of the network.

Janice and her husband, Keith, have two children who are both graduates of James Irwin Charter High School. The family’s legacy continues with two of their grandchildren currently attending James Irwin Elementary-Astrozon.
