The Varsity Girls Basketball team made an incredible postseason run this year, advancing to the Final 24 and then pushing their way into the Sweet 16!
This is not just a great accomplishment, it’s a HISTORIC one. This marks the first time in the history of James Irwin High School that a basketball team has advanced this far in the state playoffs.
While their journey ended in the Sweet 16, what this team accomplished along the way was nothing short of amazing. These athletes represented James Irwin with heart, grit, teamwork, and determination, battling through tough competition and making our entire school community proud every step of the way.
