Samantha Majernik

Mrs. Majernik is a 6th grade English teacher. She has been with James Irwin Charter Schools for four years. She came here in 2017 as a First Grade Assistant, transitioned to Fourth Grade as an Assistant, then Classroom Teacher in 2020. With her experience, she wanted to transition into Secondary Education. In 2019, Mrs. Majernik passed the Elementary PRAXIS State Test. Growing up in Colorado Springs and attending schools here, she wanted to teach students the education that she dreamed of having. She chose to be a teacher with James Irwin because she believes in a better education. James Irwin teachers not only teach a vigorous education, but also instill positive character traits for students to grow and develop.
