Janessa Beatty

Miss Beatty was born and raised in the beautiful mountainous city of Colorado Springs. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Colorado State University-Pueblo, with her Bachelor of Arts in English-Professional and Creative Writing in 2012. She is currently completing her Master’s in Education-Instructional Design. 

Prior to teaching, Miss Beatty received the Highly Distinguished Child Advocate from the Colorado Department of Human Services in 2016. She joined the James Irwin family in 2018 where she has taught high school English and character courses. She is currently the Assistant Principal. She is the mother of a 5 year old daughter, and together they enjoy movies, traveling and the Denver Broncos!
