Carlos Lozano

Carlos Lozano is originally from Corpus Christi, Texas. He attended the University of Texas at San Antonio and moved to Colorado Springs in 2015 from Houston, Texas.  Mr. Lozano has been the Dean of Students at James Irwin Charter Middle School since March 2020.  Prior to being at JICMS, he spent 23 years with the YMCA as a Program and Executive Director and 4 years with the Boys and Girls Club as a Director of Operations.  During his time free, Mr. Lozano enjoys hiking and spending time with his son.  He feels honored to be a part of the James Irwin Family!
