Kelsey Wigand

Kelsey Wigand graduated in 2012 from Stephen F. Austin State University with an undergraduate degree. She has been employed with JICMS since the fall of 2015.  She has always enjoyed teaching with the understanding that it’s not just about the curriculum.  Miss Wigand says, “Developing life skills, character, and resilience are a few traits that JICMS promotes and helps guide students during their educational growth.  As a teacher, getting to build relationships and help our students grow in these areas is what brings meaning to being a teacher.”
