Enrollment
The first step in the enrollment process is to fill out a Letter of Intent.
The lottery for the 2010-2011 school year will be held February 5, 2010. To be included in the lottery, letters of intent must be received by January 31, 2010. Letters of intent received after January 31st will be placed on the wait list based on the date/time received.
A spot in the lottery does NOT enroll your student. Failure to complete the following steps will cause you to forfeit your student’s spot for 2010-2011.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
If your student received a spot in the lottery, the following steps are required to complete the enrollment process:
- Calls will be made by the Admissions Office beginning February 15, 2010 to all families who received a spot in the lottery.
- Families have 3 days from the date of the call to notify the Admissions office of their acceptance of the spot and sign the letter of acceptance.
- Enrollment packets will be available to pick up and complete beginning February 5, 2010.
- Parents will be assigned a mandatory parent information meeting date and students will be assigned a date for placement testing. Post cards will be mailed with these dates. The following must be turned in prior to attending the parent information meeting
